Personal data protection

While developing our solutions one of our main priorities is to protect personal data while providing the best possible solutions to our customers.

Adria Scan Readers do not store any data or contain databases, instead they send data to an existing application from which scanning has been started.

In order to protect personal information, we have implemented
the following measures:

• An image of the entire document is converted to 150 DPI what prevents any machine manipulation of images while the image quality is sufficient for visual inspection of the document

• An image of the entire document is converted to grayscale while the face image is in color

• A textual watermark over the image of the entire document with your company name

These steps have been determined by the opinion of the agency for personal data protection in Croatia. For other countries we are able to provide images in higher quality or if there is a need for additional protection according to standards of your country please feel free to contact us.
