Commercial questions
Question: How do you deliver your products?
Answer: We send our products by Fedex, TNT, DHL etc.
Question: What is delivery time?
Answer: Delivery depends of quantity as well on your location. In normal conditions we dispatch all orders within 1 or 2 days. Delivery could last for 5 to 7 working days.
Question: Do you deliver products to Middle East, Asia, Pacific, USA?
Answer: Yes, we deliver our products worldwide.
Question: I bought a Reader and a scanner and integrate it into my solution. Can I buy only scanners from now on?
Answer: No! Readers are licensed per station. This means that for each workstation you need to buy license and scanner.
Question: What is the difference between scanners with and without letter N?
Answer: Scanners without letter N will work with our OCR since they have “hardcoded” license inside scanner. Scanners that are sold as "Hardware Only", ie with the letter "N" in the title, although they seem similar, does not include a license for OCR and it will not work.
This means that if you purchased the scanner with the tag "N", you cannot upgrade the scanner to work with OCR and you have to buy a scanner again. If you buy a Reader with the Fujitsu fi-60F scanner, the license comes in the form of a Dongle (USB stick) which must always be connected to a computer.

Question: Do Adria Scan Readers work with Macintosh (MAC) Operating System?
Answer: No, at this time our Readers do not work with MAC OS.
Question: Do your scanners scan in color?
Answer: All our scanners scan up to 24bit / pixels in color as a default, and can also be configured to scan in black & white or in grayscale mode.
Question: Do your scanners have a USB connection?
Answer: All our scanners have computer's USB connection, and most of them are powered from there.
Question: What type of documents can be scanned by pass-through scanner?
Answer: Pass-through scanners such as ScanShell 800/800D/2000/3000D can scan Identity cards, membership cards, business cards, certificates, images, invoices, checks, while ScanShell 3000D scanner can scan passports.

Question: Are ScanShell scanners compatible with Vista 32bit operating system?
Answer: All of ScanShell scanners are Vista compatible except model ScanShell 1000N.
Questions: Which scanners are compatible with Vista 64bit operating system?
Answer: With Vista 64bit operating system ScanShell 800/ 8000D/2000 and ScanShell 3000D.

Question: Does Scan2Contacts scan business cards in color?
Answer: Yes, Scan2Contacts is bundled with ScanShell 800 and ScanShell 2000 which are color scanners.
Questions: Does Scan2Contacts scan business cards from both sides?
Answer: No, it is capable to scan only one side.
Question: Does Scan2Contacts work with Outlook Express?
Answer: No, not at the moment.
Question: Can Scan2Contacts read data from all types of business cards?
Answer: Scan2Contacts can read data from all business cards in English and Croatian language (and countries with similar language). For all other languages we can't guarantee high accuracy of extracted information.
